June 7-10, 2007 Visit
I drove down on the evening of Thursday June 7. The next morning I met with the surveyors and worked with them to set the pins for the north west and south west corners of the pasture.
On Saturday, I performed the woodland inventory for Tract 8 which is an seven acre area on the north facing slope down from a ridge that runs a good portion of the property. This leaves only Tract 7 at the west end of the property to be done. I then started setting and clearing a new trail from the east ridge peak back to the Beech woods.
On Sunday, I finished the trail clearing. This trail will need work in the rather steep portions at the east end.
