Wally has agreed to sell us 30-35 acres at $1,500.00 per acre.

The land must now be surveyed.

We have arranged with the Soil and Water Conservation District to meet with us on May 2, 2007 to see what can be done to limit erosion of the larger creek and to consider potential pond sites.
